John I did not get to weigh this fish. I really think it was probablly in the 2.5 lb range. I have photo up now of Smallie that was over 3 lbs and the fight was incredible!!

That a way Andre!!Great Smallie!Nothing fights like a smallie.Especially a Male guarding the nest! This one looks to be 3lbs or so.Did you weigh or measure him?
