Definitely not a public water.  This is one of the ponds I spend my own money on the management of, and that I  guide on.  Looking forward to fishing it if we ever get to have a spring...

Just under 11", Dick, 10-7-8" to be exact!  I would estimate she weighed between 20 and 24 ounces.
