There's no telling how many crappie were caught in that old boat. One man one pole one jig. No spider rig here. That 32 qt. cooler would be full by lunch. Tight line a 16th oz chartreuse maribou jig on a on 9ft. flyrod .

What a shot from the past Keith !!!!! You are right about the ones that taught you to fish , they instill in us the desire to catch and enjoy the sport . Just doesn't get any better than that buddy.....

Ewell Ritter Jr. Some where on Kentucky Lake , probably on the Big Sandy near Country Junction, in 1985.  Most likely that cooler is full of crappie. Honor the ones who taught you to fish. Become the teacher for the next generation.  R.I.P.
