After a rain several 9-10" Aggressive Whites gathered by an inflow pipe and were caught on 32nd oz. Tabbert 'Jelly Jigs',tipped with crawler pieces.

With 42 degree and 44 degree water temps ,I haven't seen the Perch yet .

In a few weeks Belchers creek will have a Perch run from Greenwood Lake upstream to the dam at Pine cliff Lake

2015 's first Ice Perch took a med/large shiner on a tip up .#4 hook through the lips .8fow.

Look at those eyes on top of the head looking upward like a flounder ! Let alone the Gills flaring like a reluctant captive!
