Went fishing with the daughter this weekend..... got burnt and caught 7 gills and took 6 home since the daughter wanted to, threw one back cuz not worth the time to clean yet.  Caught Hell from the wife cuz i stayed out so long and had the kid burnt too lol.... to beat it all my daughter didnt even eat the fish!  Granted I burnt some of em since it was my first time trying to fry em and had oil too hot... but they were good!  Gotta start bringing more home now!

Good Luck Bruce!
Let me know how you do! Was down there this time last year and caught a lot of nice fish. Would like to give it another try soon.

Greg
Arrived at Ky Lake today. You are correct on the rain. It rained heavy most of the day and the same is expected for tomorrow. The lake has to rise and get stained. Not sure how that will affect the bite. Going to find out whenever the rain stops.

Hey Guys!
Anyone been fishing for Shellcrackers on KY Lake? I hear the bite is starting to get good.

I also hear that you are supposed to get close to 5 inches of rain today! What do you think that will do to the lake and the fishing conditions?

Thanks!

Hi all - I can not wait for this winter to end and get back to fishing for bluegill and shellcrackers in this great commonwealth of ours.

Hey everybody, I am from the northeastern part of the state. I mainly fish the Ohio River, Little Sandy River, Greenbo Lake and Grayson Lake. If you want to go fishing sometime give me a yell.

I'd be up for anyplace within 1 1/2 or 2 hours of Louisville for sure but don't have anything specific in mind.
