My tricked out NuCanoe Frontier 12.

Spent a couple of years looking at all the options and they all either needed lots of changes to get what I wanted, couldn't do what I needed, or cost was more than I wanted to invest. I started with…Continue

Excellent. Show us the step-by-step on the trailer. Remember, there are plenty of yaks out there. The DIY rigs will help others to recognize your designs.

Working on the trailer tonite and hope to finish it tomorrow then out to the water to play. Looks like my replacement yak will ship around the 20th of the month

So sorry to hear that, Craig. Once it's all tricked out to your satisfaction, to tear it down again and send it back sucks!! Hope the replacement is better. The Nucanoe is an awesome fishing vessel.

Very nice Gary, heading out with the boy tomorrow then I'll be tearing my Frontier apart as we found a defect in it and it is getting swapped out to a new Frontier rig. Oh the fun of a million rivets to remove.

This has been an outstanding week of bass fishing on the yak. June has been very good to me. Gotta hope July continues to be productive. My personal best was beaten consecutively within a week. From 16 inches to 17 inches to a big fat female bass at 19 inches. Wish I had a scale to weigh her. I'm guessing 3 to 4 pounds. I have a scale now, so going forward I will know length and weight.

Good luck Gary I'm jealous I'd love to be put on the water today. Our weather looks gorgeous and I have to do that work thing.

Not an issue with mine, Craig. I'm all of 168 lbs, so it is firm footing for me. It's 4:30am, the suv is loaded, yak on top and I'm headed out for some dawn bass fishing. Have a great day. Tight lines.

Gary, curious if you have any issues with the floor flexing on your Mango colored Frontier?
