This is great !

Is it free?

…yes

Slip is a lake only listed if someone puts in on the map? How do you put a lake on the map?

Yep all user based... fishermen usually drilling holes... very useful info especially when info needed for first/last ice atv's cars etc.

the app goes by GPS signal and position... once you are on the ice hole you wish to report hit the + tab in the lower right hand corner and fill in the thickness by the slider.

Can you post the name of the lake on the report?

the name of the lake appears on the map

Skip, another question. There's a lake I fish that is 33 miles long with 110 miles of shoreline. How do I report the condition of the ice in the exact place (inlet) I'm fishing. We all know some places can be safe to fish before other parts of the lake.

yep... the program utilizes the GPS to make your post on your current position... on the lake drilling  a hole. the program reports and tags your position on the screen over the lake.

load it up Bruce

...here is an actual report given today by an apparent fisherman walking out to his spot drilling the hole and submitting the report

Hi Skip,

I have the app loaded. This means I can mark a hot spot and find it my next trip.

I can't see the actual report you posted. Is it just me?

Thanks, Skip
