This is a version of a minnow imitation that really works well. Will catch about anything that will chase a minnow. This one is tied with marabou rather that deer hair. I fish a 9 1/2 foot 3wt fly rod so I like to tie these in sizes 10 and 12. Tie a few of these and see if they won't put a smile on your face.
Favorite color combos include chartreuse/black, black/red, white/red, pink/black.
