REMINDER - DON'T FORGET THE SUNSCREEN
I WORK 3RD SHIFT & GOT OUT OF WORK EARLY. WENT FISHING. GOT TOO EXCITED TO PUT SUNSCREEN ON WAS WEARING A SHIRT THAT WAS CUT LOWER AROUND THE NECK & GOT A BAD BURN ON MY NECK. CAUGHT ABOUT 30 GILLS & RELEASED THE ONES THAT DIDN'T SWALLOW THE HOOK TOO BAD. SHADY SPOT WERE WATER RUNS UNDER THE ROAD + LOOSE BLOWN VEGETATION. HOT! STOPPED AT A SECOND SPOT & SAW A HUGE FISH, BUT COULDN'T GET IT TO BITE. CAUGHT & RELEASED SOME ROCK BASS & CAUGHT 3 BULLHEADS & RELEASED THEM IN MY NIGHT FISHING SPOT. WILL ADD A PHOTO OF SOME SPAWNING SUNFISH 3" OR LESS IN LITTLE NESTS. DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD BE SPAWNING THAT SMALL(MICHIGAN). OTHER NESTS HAD GILLS & SUNFISH ALL 5" OR LESS. DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO CAST OUT FARTHER.

Now there's something I miss about the years that I worked third shift: leaving work in the morning and going fishing or whatever else I wanted to do *while everybody else was working* :-)
