Thanks Troy…..most years August is a difficult time to catch fish consistently because of extreme heat and high water temperatures…….but we decided that it was mild enough yesterday morning with several hours of overcast so off we went….but very surprised that we found fish feeding on cypress flats and crackers cleaning up behind river otters on the shell beds……but even a few individual fish like this are worth checking it out when you can…..
