Looks Like Winter But Not Yet.........12/23/2018

Cypress trees are bald and the grasses are dead but water temps remain near or a little above 50 degrees in most northeast North Carolina locations........I for one hope it continues......

Thanks........I'm just happy it's not covered with ice by now...........first week of 2018 we had up to 2" of ice in some places taking many ramps out of service.........doesn't look bad all the way through the second week of January so I'm happy.......

The North Carolina coast provides alot of these........if you're looking for snow you have to go to the mountains........might get some skim ice before winter exits but I like it like that.......Thanks Tooty and Merry Christmas to you and your family....
