Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Now if this cold snap would go away and get some decent weather patterns I could get out a bit and the fish would become a bit more active.

Yep I have Matzuos, YoZuris, Rapalas, Rebels, Gapen, and some Strike Kings in there.

I agree with the banding - we used tye wraps for the big trolling cranks we fished in Baja. Fishing out of pangas is guaranteed to make tackle boxes a mess.

You'd have to get some small bands for the UL crankbaits....

Some Yo-Zuri cranks with the Matzuo's in that picture, Craig. You can still find them on fleabay.

...what i was implying it works in all spaces... tackle boxes etc.... these boxes are notorious for allowing crank baits to tangle... banding eliminates that even in these boxes...

Thanks for the tip I will watch for those Dead Fish ones.

Check out Dead Fish crankbaits ( come up on ebay - hard to get on their web site right now). Lures are in the box on the left. The ones on the right are Matzuo's.

I like to use bigger boxes with more compartments. Jar seems it would be more difficult to get the lure you want - especially if it's on the bottom...

...wow nice collection!!

to prevent snags and wire puzzle tangles use this simple idea... works even in rectangular spaces... this idea has condensed all my crank baits into just a few boxes...
