Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

My home lake seems to be in very bad shape and fishing for the past two years hasn't been good .The questionable stocking of Walleye to eat the over population of White Perch while copper phosphate over kill has killed fish. I am sick about this I hope the big Crappie are hanging by the aerators and survive! I haven't seen any and I use to catch my share.

Thanks for the consolation Slip . They will be lowering the water to fix the docks in a few weeks tooo. That may add insult to injury .What do you think . I think these fish are oxygen starved .

tough break on the over dose and fish kill... happened to a favorite lake of mine a few years back... many trophy panfish were killed... its heart wrenching.
