Man that must be a fun time fishing from that boat in the summer! I don't think I would ever come home!

Water must be up a lot from then. Been there recently?

Actually Chris, these pics are from last June.  The water was up a little bit, but still way down compared to a couple of years ago.

WOW, all that rain really rose the water. looks like about 4 to 6 feet maybe

No Jim, in this shot you see buddy Todd on the left, me in the middle and my son Jesse on the right.  I did just post a couple of pics of Jim and Ledhed, just for you.  (Hope the guys don't mind...)  I really think that one of these two fellas will catch either a lake record fish (Jim already has the Lake record Redear), a state record or possibly a world record.

Its hard to recognize you guys from the back... do I see Simkins and Ledhed on board?

Nice setup, BTW!

This is probably the very northern tip of the island.  We found a nice group of fish on a drop off here, but the fish can be just about anywhere on the lake.  That's the nice thing about electronics aboard the boat.

Behind the island, right, Jeff?  I never got to fish over there.  (I only fished Perris three or four times from the bank during the time I lived in CA, caught a few pounders but that's it.)
