Gang Hook Rigs
Anyone ever experiment with Gang Hook rigs?
I don't see any reason to use them for bream, but I have tied some for trout fishing this year.
I never used them before, but what I did is to tie two salmon hooks gang style, then I have some beads and a propellar above them, like the old Creme worms for anyone here that is old enough to remember.
So many of the put and take trout streams around North Georgia have trout that bite and spit before you can set a hook. Then they "sulk" and won't bite again.
This might be "cheating" but I want the boys and me to do some serious "catchin'" this year.
I know that Walleye fisherman use rigs like this frequently.
