Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Guys, I need some help. I'm going to try and gather data on Hybrid Bluegill (HBG), of the variety most often stocked into ponds and lakes...a cross between a male Bluegill, and a female Green Sunfish.

What I'm looking for, is a length and weight measurement. If there's any BBG members who have a digital scale and fish waters where HBG reside, I would be very grateful if you would provide me with some data on your catches....I'm interested in anything and everything you could share with me, but I'm especially interested in any info from ponds that are NOT fed or managed.

If anyone could help me out with this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Going tomorrow to the trophy hybrid pond with my intern William and hope to get him a trophy. I'll try to get some length &weight data on what ever hybs we catch.

Never fished for them this late or this cold of water, but I think we can get some. Wanna go?

ha-ha!
