Do you love big bluegill?
Wonderful day of fishing in the wind.
Went out today. Wind hit around 9 mph. Did 32 bluegill and 4 crappie all on microjigs.

Leo the season hasnt even started. Itr takes me 72 miles to get to the honey hole from my home in La quinta. Add that to your travel distance from the Inland Empire and we are set. In a few weeks the really big 12-20 ounce ones should start showing their faces. Wide open from now till october

I'm drooling right now. If I bring that many home to the missus, she would say, "Fish taco for the next few days!" with a huge smile plastered on her face. The kids would scream, "Fishy! Fishy! Fishy!" Although, I would be having a heck of a fun time cleaning and filleting those babies up.
