Patrick I also have a Cumberland Float Tube. I got it cause I'm not a little fella and I think this will be roomy for me also. I think it rated for 350 or 400 lbs and is also suppose to be comfortable. Got it in the spring but have yet took it out of the box. Make me feel good that you love yours.

Bullworm - I agree they do take along time to grow up north. Thats why I'm moving to Iron Mountain. I dont think that I could handle  some of the gills the size some of the guys in the southern states catch with my flyrod. I decided it was cheaper to move than buy a new flyrod to handle them.

Thanks again fellas!

Rick, I'm using a Cumberland float tube by Classic Accessories. I love it!

Brandon, I am a 95% release guy. Those gill are natural wild fish and take a long time up here to get that big. I do keep some fish from time to time. I only keep females up to 9" and all males over 9" are released!

Dick, I will keep them coming as fast as I can!

Great video, Patrick! I have always enjoyed vertical jigging for gills. I guess it reminds me of ice fishing without the cold.

Thanks for the video Patrick you definitely found the fish and had a great time, and I had a great time watching. Keep them coming.

Man those were some awesome gills! Nice job! It would be hard for me to release all those bulls! Are you just a catch and release guy?
