Tipped your chartreuse Jesse Jig with a Chartreuse Mister Twister Exude curly tail and caught two Yellow Perch today .Plenty of hits but the North East wind had them wanting a floated worm moreso today .
I'm very glade you accepted my friend request Dick Tsbbert, I'm looking forward to having talks about fishing and when is the best time to go fishing for Bluegills. I love to go fishing and talk about fish, when I retire, I want to have a job that is close near the water so I can go fishing after work. I want to have my own TV show about me going fishing all over the country, catching fish and bring people on tours and showing people new ways how to fish.
Hello Dick Tabbert, I want to thank you for the warm welcome. I will be posting up some of my fishing pictures pretty soon. I just want to say thanks again for the warm welcome and im looking forward to entertaining you and the club members of this website with some of my knowledge catching different kinds of fish and share videos and photos. I also have a page on facebook, call fishing with friends, I have some videos and pictures of me catching fish all over the united states. I looking to sharing information with all the club members on how to catch more fish.
Thank you for the welcome. I'm pretty stoked to find this site. Lots of good info available here. Up until lately I have taken to fishing with a casual attitude but I'm looking to get more serious.
Thanks for the welcome Dick! I have been hooked on bluegills ever since I fought a 1' 12 oz one from Oyster Bay on Lake Charlevoix MI! The fight has never been matched by any other species (on a pound for pound basis)! Here in Southeast Idaho a 1 pounder is likely to be lake record due to mile high elevation and long cold winters! Our state record bluegill is a 3 lber caught on C. J. Strike Resevoir near Boise, under 3000' of elevation and much milder winters. It was caught in 1966 and has yet bested. Again, thank you for the welcome and happy hookin'!
Hello Dick &Thanks for adding me. As well as the welcome. I live in Virginia. Love fishing for some bluegills. Love fly fishing for anything. I think a lot of fly fishermen/ women often overlook these hard fighting fish. They don't carry the game fish prestige such as the Largemouth or smallmouths but personally I think the one of the funnest fish to catch on a 2 - 4 weight fly pole and they will take a fly when nothing else will. Not to mention they say they're good to eat. Again thank you for adding me. Tight lines my friend and good fishing
Thanks for accepting the request bud, hopefully we can share some stories and some knowledge about this overwhelming addiction we all share called FISHING!
Moved here some 16 years ago from the Bootheel of Missouri. I have met or heard of more Cheeks over here than around where I grew up. I think I have found where we came from! :) Thanks!!
I stumbled onto this site 4 days ago and have probably 20-25 hours invested in it already. Seems to be a great bunch of members and the level of knowledge is staggering.........WOW !.
I've fished very little for many years and decided it's time to get back into it seriously now that I've become a geezer. This group is the the ideal starting point.
thanks for the email. Like many, I got hooked on fly fishing due to the bream in our local river here in SE Louisiana. As time went by, too much has expired!, I have been all over the planet chasing all sorts of fish, but I still have a special place in my heart for those lovely male blue gills! My wife and I enjoy floating around prospecting with a popping bug or sinking ant. Looking forward to your site. tight lines, John F."Jeff" Schneider
Thank you Dick, I am looking forward to seeing the information available here. I am sure I can learn. I actually live about 2 miles West of Clark Lake, In the village of Clarklake. My sister has a cottage on Lake Pleasant near 34 and 99. I have gotten some nice Gills there.

Thanks for the welcome. I live in south Alabama and do fresh and saltwater fishing, but I had rather eat bream than any other kind.
