Gulp works in almost every body of water that I have fished. Good luck!
we were going to go fishing today, but had no bait and only a saltwater rod. tied on a size 8 hook on 50 lb. test. it's so dry that in 3 hours of bait-searching, only 10 crickets and a nest of caterpillars.
hey guys thanks for the advice. Next weekend there's a fishing tournament, and i want to get a big bull to get the experience of cooking one up. my dad's gonna show me and my brother (Zack thomasson) how to fillet one with our new rapala filleting knife.
i'll use your advice and hopefully get a big one. =)
Those are all great. But something that will get the bass walleye u name it biting. I use gulp alive!!! Also i use a crayfish crank bait made by REBEL. u can get both of them at Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods. Anywhere they sell fishing stuff.

Nightcrawlers and mealworms are great baits but try leafworm, leeches and waxworms!
1/24 oz roostertail and no. 0 or 00 Mepps spinners are great bluegill spinners!
I caught a lot of bluegills on 1/64 oz Orange or red or green jighead with GULP maggots or Waxworm!
any small lure like 1/8 oz crankbait, small spoons etc do get some nice bluegills!
