Do you love big bluegill?
Obviously I didn't do any DNA testing, but here's the numbers from my Richmond Mill data.
303 bluegill from 1.5-1.99 pounds 250 CNBG and 53 Northern strain
37 bluegill from 2.0-2.99 pounds 19 CNBG and 18 Northern strain
3 bluegill from 3.00 + pounds 2 CNBG and one that was probably northern.

What I find amazing is the nearly equal totals of both CNBG and northern strain gills of fish exceeding 2 pounds. Great stats, Bruce!
wow those are some great numbers! a lifetime of trophy fish in 14 days what an achievement and you get to go again! I'm jealous I want to be a dentist, er no too late for that (LOL) congrats!
HEY BRUCE, DID you wash all those ham sandwiches down with what I think ? SFARM.....HAAAAAA HHHHHHA
I've been there once with my Dad. Once with Bob, Once with Bob and everybody for the TV show, and once to help out with some guiding. 14 days of heaven.
Bill, sounds like you are in for a blast!! :D I do hope to have dinner with you sometime.
This was 14 full days of fishing. 99% was spent targeting bluegill. The rest was eating ham sandwiches.
Bruce,
You have data like my friend Mat Lipscomb! he has info on all his trips since 1968! We'll be at Richmond Mill in early April...if you are in the area...I'd enjoy buying you dinner!
BRUCE, SIMPLY INCREDIBLE NUMBERS OF BIG UNS !!!!!!!!!!! WISH I WAS THERE.........
Which Bluegill Angler wouldn't want to catch quality fish in these numbers? I know I would enjoy it for one! Great data Bruce and as always, can't wait for your next surprise when you visit Richmond Mill in 2013....
Bruce, Good numbers for the limited time you spent on Richmond Mill's water!
