I believe they die around 50 degrees and growth decreases at 68. Something like that. I think if the coldest days, and if they're short lived, is in the 55-60 range, you'd be just barely fine. But I believe both Georgia and Tennessee would be too far north. Unfortunate I know. They're a great fish for a lot of reasons, not the least of which being their taste.

Those look like awseome fish- Any Idea how far north their Range expands? I know there are none in Kentucky but I was wondering if their colud be any in Tennessee or Georgia?
