Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Fishing outside the pads and weedline in 15-20 ' .1st fish trolling a Bomber Long A 3,1/4" crankbait .Stayed in the area and caught 2 more Pickerel and lost one at the boat on Herring . Also caught a 12" Crappie on herring and a pseed on a worm tipped Kastmaster spoon . Greg got 2 Pickerel on Herring including a great 4# fish that was 23.5" .

Thanks Carl and Slip  , saw a lot of suspended fish on the Eagle sonar I suspect were crappie but only got this one .I think when the water cools a bit they'll turn on to my presentations better. They always seem to hit better in Oct/Nov in my experience.Next time I'll offer them more choices.
