This is the upper reaches of the Little River on the border of Pasquotank and Perquimans Counties in Northeast North Carolina.......Between the Albemarle Sound and Highway 17....This would be just to the west of Elizabeth City........
im looking on google map ..where is this exactly
I see so much bass structure im drooling. But always wanted a trophy bluegill to
This is a picture from the same river Derrick, about five miles from the other....I just work these trees and shore lines with great results.....There is always one side that has shade and that's where I fish during the Summer.......I was first treated to this river in 1999 and I have caught tremendous creels every year with 2005 a personal best for me......approximately 2,200 Coppernose caught with many of those released just two years after Hurricane Isabel crushed this region.....I was into the conservation that year because of the significant fish kill in the Fall of 2003......Plenty of largemouth, crappie and bowfin in here as well...Some White and Yellow perch also.........Is it Spring yet!
