Fort Gordon itself has a couple lakes/ponds that I know of.
Depending on where they end up living there will be other
choices, too.

Three now, 2 boys and a girl born Friday......This is my family moving to Fort Gordon next month.....I'll have to find a place to bank fish with them down there next....I work in Charleston and Kings Bay, Ga. quite often so I'll be able to see them more often I hope....

You and me both David! I'm minding my own business catching gills with my grandsons and this trout about took the pole out of my hand.  The only reason I had the Berkley earthworm on is because I was out of everything else bait wise. Another fun day out with the kids and my daughter and her new baby got home today........Good Day!

Wow I haven't seen a trout in years. I've been living in Dixie so long, I've  forgotten what they looked like. And on a danged Berkley Earthworm, too!

You rule, Jeff. :0)

I was fishing and catching Gills at 5 feet when this guy snatched it up and started taking drag on my little Zebco. This little lake is fed by a cold water river but I  didn't get a temperature since my plan was to mess with a few gills from the bank....Sometimes good things happen when you have a bait in the water...
