Shepherds lake (POND) does not get busy this time of year Ken .I'd like to have a blowup of that google map of shepherds you have . Those particularly dark areas where the depth changes are closest together ,are the areas I especially want to concentrate on . Shepherds is only 72 acre lake and is shaped like a bowl. Lots of weeds left I'll bet still .Gonna probably concentrate more on 10-20 depths as that's what I've done best on late in the year here but who knows ,maybe those fish will be up shallower .We'll see .
How many acres is fav little lake of yours?
Carl, this pic is from 2010. It's supposed to be warmer Tuesday and yes ,brother Greg and I have designs on going to this lake . We've done well with spoons and crankbaits before here for good sized Pickerel especially .The Gills are nice sized and hope for 9" and over .Crappies are good too.

Wanna fish this lake with bro Greg this Tuesday ,wish I had a better detail of this day. Wind looks to be from the South here.
