Shell Crackers are also called redear, not bluegill.

Seminole is located south ga to nw fla. The fish are also called red ear sunfish

Where is Lake Seminole? I bet it's a southern lake. So tell me if I'm correct. Down South you call these Shell Crackers. Up North(Wisconsin) we call these Bluegills.

The average size of these fish was around 1 to 1 1/2 pounds. I missed the big beds of fish by a week. The bed I found was about the size of a truck. Week before they were. 2 to 3 acres and the fish was around 2 lbs.
