Caught about 40 this morning, including two yellow perch and a couple white perch, only three were keepers  so I released all.  Almost no topwater action, the water temps are just too high, caught some fish deep on brown and orange fly, one crappie on a tiny leach fly in black and pink,   went to BPS last night bought some 1/64 oz. jig heads and sparkle braid tied the grass shrimp jig in pink; no action there! I think I might have made the tail too long. I broke out the spinning gear with a beetle spin and caught them bunched tight in one spot and caught about 25 that were about seven to eight inches then foul whether threatening I headed back to the landing and home by 11:30.
