That is straight out of the water. It stayed the same color the whole time. I will go back and try to get another and get more/better pics.

They taste like CHICKEN, not prime rib. It's a perch, that covers anything of that shape.

That's it! I kew I'd heard of those before... I think you need the extra $50 stamp on your fishing license to keep them, but it's worth it, because I hear they taste like prime rib!

I'm not sure either, but I'm thinking there may be some Rockbass, or Warmouth in the mix somewhere.....

Googly eyed stump thumper! Bug eyed beetle eater! Hmmm... not the slightest clue... but the red coloration on the fins reminds me of the type of bream known as "Florida Bream". The body coloration on those type varies from nearly silver to banded like Copernose. Was this fish lighter colored when alive? Bream are so diverse it amazes me...
