Do you love big bluegill?
Pond Hybrid # 1
Then, I went to the upper pond and got 18 hybrid sunfish on a variety of tactics. This one went 10 1/2 inches and has male bluegills characteristics. Scorched about 20 yards of 2 lb test. Cool!

Yes, and the power of these fish is absolutely amazing! I love the yellow or orange tips on the top spiney dorsal fin. I have caught some that have the pelvic fins totally white, others yellow and some are mixed in color.
One of the coolest panfish out there!

The orange on the fins denotes that it is a green sunfish/bluegill hybrid. Nice size fish.
