The fly started as a gag gift for a guy who ran a stip clud in England. The hook hangs down in the water . What you see is the eyes. Take hemostates with you, Bass and bluegill swallow this one deep. I debarb all of my hooks for that reason. Besides that they come out of your ear a lot easier
