Materials for the head or eyes.
1/8" to 1/2" round foam can be found at hardware or fly tying store.
Ladies head scarf or panty hose. This give fabric paint a base to stick to.( don't let the little lady find this after you cut on it)
Fabric paint found at hobby stores.
