Excellent fish Jim!
Thanks y'all!
Allen...the Nuthin' Jig is simply a painted jighead, 1/80 or 1/64 oz., where the shank of the hook is just wrapped in thread only and tapers to the head of the jig. Nuthin to it! You can probably see it on this photo.
The only design concept I had in mind with it was to have a representative 'grub-like' micro jig that accomodated bait tipping well, yet attracted fish after the baits were stolen by the fish. I tie them in different colors as sometimes the panfish, 'specially crappies. can show color preferance from one trip...one hour!...to the next. I catch a lot of fish on them just plain when they are aggressive.
now thats a BIG seed!! congrats to ya Jim!!
Holy moly what a seed!!
Nice! A "Nuthin Jig" ??? Bare jighook?
