Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

For Some Reason My Dad didn't want to give up this spot...

It's always nice to find a clean downed Cypress Tree in five to six feet of water.......Big Gills like to populate these areas..........

I'm with you Jim and been trying to set up a GEEZER FARM in Jeffrey's back yard for a year now. Leo says when he hits the lotto that he will move us all old geezers to Jeffrey's place , no charge!!!!!!!!! I can see Litl serving up breakfast every morning before the fishing adventures start for the day......... LLLLLLLLLOL

Thanks guys.......the North River is one of the most remote locations in the North Carolina Dismal Swamp.....As Carl suggested, I just love to get out there for the scenery as well as the good fishing.......It's nice to go somewhere that your Cell Phone is "searching for service" while your grass shrimp searches one of the eight or nine freshwater species that are prolific in this body of water.......A place where millions of native brackish water grass shrimp fatten up the resident fish........My dad;s favorite place to go because of the peace and quiet, only broken by Navy fighter aircraft periodically as they train in the region, but I just call that the "sound of freedom"!

That's it...I'm movin' to Elizabeth City. I got folks there anyhow, but I think I'm gonna' move in with the Abneys'. We're gonna start Jeff and Jims Coppernose Adventures!

Now THAT would be cool!
