HEY CARL ,
WHAT I USED TO start the season with every year.......... OLD AL THE WOODMAN was an expert at TREE TROLLING!!!!!!!

Holy guacamole! that's a lot of bugs, even my daughter can't throw that many in the trees, but she does average 10-15 a trip (four to six hours).  It would be fun trying though.  Around here you can find bugs, rigs and lures in the trees all the time!  guess folks are scared a snake is gonna jump in the boat so they just leave em hanging. Some times it looks like Christmas there will be so many bobbers hanging in the trees LOL.

HEY JACOB AND EVERYONE ELSE: THIS USED TO BE MY NORMAL STOCK of what I"d carry with me on the first trip of the year , but supplies are down this year due to early folks coming here and restocking their supplies this year.  This shot was 2010 first trip of the year to Iowa and came back empty handed and no bugs left. Well not quite empty handed we had MMMMMMMMMMMany gills and redears, just no bugs left.  SALE WAS ON!

Thanks John and when you fish with OLD AL THE WOODMAN, you need this many for a weeks outing. About 800 bugs there , and really OLD AL isn't in the trees anymore than me , I JUST LIKE TO TEASE HIM SOME! BESIDES that he the most fun to fish with of all the guys I've been with over the years.
