Thnx carl - Owe it all to Greg.....
Try it David - you will be amazed
the classic ledhead pose!! with another great quality gill!!
A 1" or 1 1/2" black or motor oil curly tail with a 1/64th (#8 or #10 hook) round head plain (black & pink are good too) jig. I began tipping jigs when I started fishing with m amigo Big Jim back in the 80s. Didn't need to make big casts or never tried trolling and drifting.
Turner jig's (1/128th and 1/256th - #12 & #14 hook) are probably your next bet - if you can find them.
I wish Ken, get to fish 2-3 sometimes 4 hours in a day if I'm lucky & boss says OK.
Yeah David - always hedging the bet.
Nice fish!
hey do you guys ever step foot on dry land!
Thnx guys
Bellyspinners and chubs Jim - had to really move though. Weird pattern, lot of migrating going on right now. Level is still dropping - hopping I don't have to move the boat. Glad I was able to get Matt on some good BGs. No toads but I think he was impressed.
