The water I fish is pretty small.  Most of the time I am the only boat on the water so I don't have to deal with waves from bigger boats.  It does OK in the wind.  If the anchor won't hold it's too windy to be out anyway.  The motor is 55 lb thrust so I can make good headway if the wind comes up on me.  Sometimes I have to tack a little to make it back to shore.

How stable is it in the wind and when bigger, faster boats go by and make rolling waves?

Trailer with roller bunks.  I just put the rollers on this year.  Makes it a lot easier to get it on and off.

Trailer or Just slide it in the truck?

It's a 12 footer.  I'll be taking it out on Saturday.  The wind is supposed to be down.  Click on 'View Full Size' and it stretches out the picture.

Nice rig. What size is it? It's hard to tell from the pic.
