Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

I deliberately headed out at the hottest part of the day to try out my ideas. It was 96 degrees, but if you look close you'll see deep water drops off right at the 2 posts.. that's where they were, fished 6-8' deep below a slip float.

Wow that is a beautiful look place to fish. That drop off is a great find for day time fishing.

Excellent hot-weather effort!

Thanks Vince. I can honestly say it was fun. Yeah, it was hot, but when you get a handle on the fish, it makes all that sweating worthwhile!

You  can almost here those gills shouting "catch me Catch me" from that spot! Way to catch 'em, Tony.
