For fried catfish I like some cracked pepper and fresh squeezed lemon juice to wake up your taste buds Chris..

Moncks Corner - Ive always loved that name. Been through it many times, never stopped.

Gilligans is easy to remember, though!

When I want someone else to cook me fish.....I go for the channel cat.....my favorite place for whole Channel Cat or filets is Gilligan's Seafood Restaurant in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.....I've been going to the same location since 1982 and I still love every trip I make..I already have a reservation for next Monday night during a brief stop in South Carolina......Many locations down in Louisiana will blacken catfish in a hot skillet with cajun seasonings and melted butter for a real treat.......I'm done now! LOL
