Simcoe has a great Perch fishery, with a couple of huge derbies held Spring and fall... Avg sized depending on time of year, but mid to late fall as when this perch was caught, you can see an avg of 7" - 11", and of course if you have a boat and hit the offshore shoals, easily 12"+ consistently...

Good fish DS...are there many 13 inch class perch in Simcoe? What would the average fish be?
