Had a shrimp Po'Boy on the Gulf Coast one time and thought it would be even better with my favorite fish. I been tweaking it ever since. But tonight I'm through. I couldn't stand it if they were any better. I hereby accept the nomination and encourage all BBG members to do themselves a favor and try a Big Bluegill Po'Boy of their own creation. I will post my recipe but you should adapt it to your taste.

That's what I'm talking about,that will make you throw rocks at a tuna fish sandwich, we should make this the  official sandwich of Bluegill Big  Bluegill ,Keith , did you come up with this all by yourself ?   LOFR
