A deadly mimic of Brackish water Grass Shrimp by Jim Gronaw.....This olive pattern may be better than the pink this season and that's hard for me to say.......

Hey Mark Stine check these out......this is a proven shrimp pattern from the Gronaw collection......Jim claims it's pretty easy to tie but man it's a killer shrimp pattern for bluegill and crappie...............

I'm over 1,100 gills on this pattern for 2013.....just a spectacular jig for the coastal tidal waters in Northeast N.C...Fish this jig in waters holding grass shrimp and hold on tight.....the 1/32 ounce variety in the Gronaw River Critter collection is a "must have" in any panfish angler's bag......
