Do you love big bluegill?

Caught at a local lake here in Hernando County Florida. One of my first catches. Used a tiny piece of a gas station hot dog and size 8 hook. Been too hot to fish much

lol I'm just learning how to fresh water fish at all! Lat time I went fishing was when I was a kid up in NY and we only had saltwater there. It should be starting to cool down enough for salt water and for bass around here the end of this month. Mullet are also in the river I'll be trying for the gills in. I'd never even heard of bluegills until this past July!
