Think this was in ~50 FOW Jim. Trolling the dam faded - time to watch the birds. Fish are hitting tipped (crickets) and un tipped jigs. Hitting about the same with a blade or no blade. Been doing some interesting comparisons with eye color in deep water - see what happens later this year....
Still haven't made the step up to a #6 hook. Just sent a dozen belly spinners for a swap (on JC.com) that I should have kept. For Havasu a #6 for sure maybe even a #4.
BTW - Eagle Claw has come out with their version of the sickle hook (mfg # 500) - ordered some. Got a hold of some VMC Barbarian hooks (#10 and #8 red) too. New things to play with.......
