Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

The pattern of island point drifts with 16th jig heads/worm piece #1spinner/worm piece and 16th &1/8 oz RFSpoons w/worm piece contacted about four 8 "Gills and several small YPerch. This one hit a 16th oz. RFspoon tipped w 1/2 a crawler at around 10' the depth that was the ticket.
Trolling cranks at 12-14 ' also picked up a few YPerch.No decent sized fish.

Lon, I have a small hand .This fish was probally 8" or a little over.

I was wondering how big your hand was ... the bluegills here in Dallas are about that size, but I'm really wanting to hang into some of the monsters I see on here. I've never had that opportunity.
