Thanks all!! These are my personal best so far! We were on a hunt for gills in this newly explored lake. We were the only ones out there, we may have this baby all to our selves! Going by the "Average" size of the perch we iced, (the other 9 fish were 11 to 11.75") we are guessing the gills are going to be massive! Stay tuned!

Jen, they were stocked in Ok. in 1950, 51, and 52!!!!! Claimed the water got to HOT!!!!! Keep you fly close to the bottom, you never know................ guess they would be a little older than me by now!!!!!

Beautiful Yellow Perch under ice...bet they won't taste very good...LOL... Lake looks pretty big to be iced over already but being a Louisiana native I have no idea! Your time to shine as we wait for Spring down South....Nice Picture....
