LotF , R, To dry here DON"T GOT ANY STINKIN MOSQUITOS!!!!!  As you know from this part of the country, NO WIND EITHER!!!!!!

We have been pretty hot over here in Arkansas too, the only thing that cools us down is all of the wings of the mosquitos creating a breeze, we can cook a roast in the mailbox, I'm ready for this weather to break.     LOFR

....Lol....I think they invented 3.2 beer prior to 1980....but that certainly is reason enough.

Greg, do you remember the summer of 1980, 45 days of greater than 100 degrees, thats why they have 3.2 beer in Oklahoma, and yea nice fish.     LOFR

It's really sad when the area you live in is hotter than ANY WHERE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY!  Even Death Valley!

I've actually heard, but not confirmed, that yesterday, 8/1/2012, the only place on the planet hotter than OK was IRAQ!  Now, is that messed up, or what?!?!?!?!?!

Good fish Greg! What are your water temps?

Comment by Rex Robinson on August 2, 2012 at 5:43pm

Greg, with those temps, I guess your just living out of your float tube.  We have actually had a cool down into the mid 90's and if the humidity stay low it's not to bad.  Hoping this weekend to flip a fly if thunderstorms don't roll in.
