I assume you mean the small corner of plastic under the 1 inch mark on the Boogie Paddle? I don't know what that is. That gun barrel thing is a 16 ft crappie pole. I will compile all the clues and give you one more shot before I accept that I was wrong to place you so highly on my paying attention list. Perhaps what I just knew you would wonder about is less glaring than I think.
