These are two of about one dozen bluegills that Bruce and I caught that equaled or exceeded the 2 pound mark. Yes, absolutely mind blowing gill fishing and made great photo support for our bluegill piece in the IN -FISHERMAN.
Yet dig this... the McKensie and Hudson fish each weighed more than these two fish put together! Now that is astonishing!
