Jeff gave the k4 size Kwikfish a try the other day. Small gills followed and pecked but didnt take it . Got some nice Bulls that day with a jig and crawler piece though.

Great prices here but there might be some flaws in the paintjob. Useable rejects I guess. http://www.overstockbait.com/Luhr_Jensen_Kwikfish_p/s_5413.htm

I feel the same way about some things, Jeff. It's just hard to part with them... or even use them. I know just how you feel.

So I try to look at it this way when I find myself forming attachments like that-  they are not going to ever fund our retirements. They have no intrinsic monetary value in that way.

As for their useful value, well... they have known value in that regard. But if they are lost, they weren't wasted - it was for a good cause. If you cannot get these exact replacements, there are plenty of others... on ebay.

These tiny lures look big in this pic.  The Flatfish is only an inch long.  I'm afraid to use it.  I know it catches panfish very well, but I don't want a big bass to take it from me!  I don't think you can buy these lures in these sizes any more.
